Fellowship Supports Underrepresented Students Starting Investment Careers

Impact Capital Managers (ICM) awarded the Mosaic Fellowship to 19 graduate students whose backgrounds are underrepresented in the financial industry. The fellows are paired with mentors, placed as associates in private equity and venture capital firms focused on impact and returns, and connect with the ICM network and other fellows. This is MacArthur-grantee ICM’s second year offering the Mosaic Fellowship, and it has more than doubled in scope from 2020.
