Uncle Remus Finds its Secret Sauce on the South Side

Coming soon to our Chicago Stories series is the story of Uncle Remus Saucy Fried Chicken, a West Side institution making its first foray on the South Side with a loan from the Chicago Community Loan Fund, a nonprofit that provides flexible and affordable financing to developments in low- and middle-income Chicago area neighborhoods.
